Before you pay
Please read this before paying an advance. It is short, and it applies to every booking at The Pinewood Homestay Kufri.
In short
Booking confirmed with an advance non-refundable once confirmed date changes subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only once the advance payment has been received. Your host tells you the advance amount and how to pay when you book, and confirms on call or WhatsApp once it is received. Until then, dates are not held.
Once a booking is confirmed with an advance, the advance is not refunded if you cancel — whatever the reason. This also applies to no-shows, late arrivals and leaving earlier than booked.
If your plans change, ask your host as early as you can. Your booking can be moved to new dates only if the same room or stay is free on those dates. A date change is a request, not a guarantee.
To request a date change, call your host on +91 70181 54955 with your booking name and the new dates you would like. See also the house rules that apply during your stay.
